Legislation
The "Users" agree to submit to the laws and competent courts in Mexico City, to settle any controversy with
"Enigma Rooms", waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future
addresses, or for any other reason.
USE OF ENIGMA ROOMS SERVICES AND APPLICABLE POLICIES
Currency and inclusion
The costs and prices of the services offered on the "Site" are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXP) without
prejudice to the fact that they may also be expressed in United States dollars. The payment of the established
price will give rise to the "Users" to make use for 60 (sixty) minutes in the facilities of "Enigma Rooms" that
is chosen from any of the escape rooms that are provided in said facilities
Deposit and payment method
To make use of the services provided by "Enigma Rooms", it is necessary to capture the details of a credit or
debit card as a guarantee. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
The full amount of the service will be covered directly in the “Enigma Rooms” facilities where the reservation
has been made before entering the selected Enigma Room®. "Enigma Rooms" accepts as valid forms of payment: Cash
and Credit / Debit Cards MasterCard and Visa.
A cancellation charge of $ 700 (PESOS 00/100 M.N.) will be applied in cancellations made less than 24 hours in
advance, or in case of no-show.
There is no cancellation charge for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.
The "Users" accept that in the event of disputing or not recognizing the cancellation charge, there will be a
conventional penalty of $ 15,000 (one thousand PESOS 00/100 M.N.) in favor of "Enigma Rooms" charged to their
card.
Anticipation
"Enigma Rooms" provides live entertainment, so it is essential to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the reserved
and assigned time. In the event that the "Users" do not arrive at the facilities of "Enigma Rooms" with the

Cancellation policy

Terms of use
To receive the contracted services and be able to enter the escape rooms offered by "Enigma Rooms" it is
necessary that the "Users" strictly comply with the following conditions of use:

These rules are:
- Do not enter under the influence of any type of drug or alcoholic beverage
- Do not enter objects external to the experience such as tools, light sources, video recorder or camera,
weapons or any other object not provided by Enigma Rooms
- Forbidden to enter with cell phones
- Follow all directions given by Enigma Rooms staff
- Show a behavior of respect and tolerance towards the rest of the people who are within the facilities of
“Enigma Rooms”
- Do not climb or climb on furniture

Participants will experiment with sudden sounds, flashing lights, strobes, poor visibility, tight spaces,

- DO NOT TOUCH OR AGAINST THE ENIGMA ROOMS STAFF FOR ANY REASON
- You must wear full safety gear at all times.I agree as a User or Participant to immediately inform any
Enigma Rooms employee of any emergency that occurs within the facilities
- I agree as a User or Participant not to file any type of claim, action, lawsuit or judgment against
Enigma Rooms due to my participation in any of the services provided by the company
- I agree as a User or Participant to pay Enigma Rooms any damage to the facilities caused in a negligent,
reckless or careless manner by me or my team
- I acknowledge as a User or Participant that I sign this agreement and rules free of any vice of consent
and under my absolute responsibility
- I agree not to copy, reproduce, record, or use any ideas or experiences from Enigma Rooms for any
commercial or non-commercial purpose
- Due to the nature of the experience, the user must understand that participation in this attraction can
be inherently dangerous, activities that can represent severe physical damage to the "Users", so that the

who do not comply with the rules, indications, norms and prohibitions applicable in the respective games. In
these cases, no amount will be refunded to the "Users"

Limit of liability

own goods, etc.
